Who sells

Subscriptions to our products (for example Praxema) are sold by Bardach Technologies LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never reach our servers.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time in the product's billing settings or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error, contact us and we will correct it and refund the difference.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take a few business days to show them.
